Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

By enrolling in The PixelsnFiles Cohort ("the cohort"), run by PixelsnFiles / Oigoga, you agree to the terms below.

What you're buying

A six-week, live, cohort-based programme (plus a seventh wrap-up week) covering one of three tracks — Admin & Operations, Marketing, or Design. It includes weekly live coaching calls, access to a learning platform, pod-based project work, and a certificate issued on successful completion of reviewed work.

Payment

Payment is processed by Selar, a third-party payment provider, and is due in full or by the instalment plan selected at checkout. Your seat is confirmed once payment (or the required deposit/instalment) clears with Selar. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change for future intakes — the price you pay at checkout is the price that applies to you.

Fill in before publishing We haven't set a specific refund/cancellation policy yet — replace this box with your real policy (e.g. refund window, what happens on missed instalments, transferring to a later intake). Common approaches: no refunds once the cohort starts, a short refund window before start, or transfer-only. Tell your coach what you decide and it goes here.

Your commitment

Certificate

The certificate is issued only after key pieces of your work are personally reviewed and approved by your coach — it is not automatically granted for enrollment or attendance alone.

Enrollment

Enrollment is open on a rolling basis — applications are reviewed and confirmed as they come in, and a seat is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Changes to the programme

We may adjust schedules, tools, or minor programme details between intakes to improve the cohort. Core deliverables (live coaching, project work, certificate) will not be removed after you've enrolled in a given intake.

Heads up This is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice — worth a quick pass by a Nigerian legal/consumer-protection professional before you rely on it, especially the refund section above.
