This page explains what happens with your information when you visit this website or apply to The PixelsnFiles Cohort. It's written in plain language on purpose.
This page itself does not have a sign-up form, and does not use tracking cookies. It records anonymous, aggregate counts only — total pageviews and which buttons get clicked (for example, "Pay in full" vs. "Pay in instalments"). This is used purely to understand how the page performs and where to improve it. No names, emails, IP addresses, or device identifiers are stored, and nobody's individual visit can be identified from this data.
All payments for the cohort are processed by Selar, a third-party payment platform, on their own checkout page. We do not see, receive, or store your card or bank details — Selar handles that under their own privacy and security policies. Any information you give Selar during checkout (name, email, phone number) is governed by Selar's own privacy policy, not this one.
If you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, that conversation happens on those platforms and is subject to their respective privacy policies. We use it to answer questions, help with payment plans, and support you during the cohort.
This page loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser makes a request to Google, which can see the request came from your IP address — this is standard for any site using Google Fonts and is not something we control.
Once you join the cohort, we collect what's necessary to run it well — your name, contact details, payment confirmation, pod assignment, and the work you submit for review. This is used only to deliver the programme (coaching, pod matching, certification) and is not sold or shared with third parties outside of the tools we use to run the cohort (e.g. your learning platform).
